Poon Man Tik (Chinese: 潘文迪, born 24 February 1975 in Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong professional football player playing for Hong Ngai.

Poon spent his primary school life in Bishop Paschang Memorial School, graduated in 1987[1] His younger brother, Poon Man Chun, another professional soccer player in Hong Kong also studied in the same primary school.[2]
His position are defensive midfielder and right-back.[3]
